When booking a stall for any of our local or artisan markets you are agreeing to comply and adhere to our terms and conditions.

These have been put in place to protect both our traders and customers and to ensure a safe, fair and enjoyable market for everyone involved.

The Artisan Market Company reserves the right to amend these if necessary.

For Artisan Markets a layout plan will be constructed and either sent out the day before the market or you will be informed on the day.

Traders may use their own gazebo, stall set up, food truck etc. or they may rent a gazebo from The Artisan Market Company.

Vans and vehicles are not permitted to remain on the market once you have unloaded. All vehicles (except vending food/drink trucks and trailers) must be off site well before the start of the market and parked in the recommended car parks or streets legally.

Appearance and presentation is extremely important (particularly on the artisan market) and we expect all stalls to be set up to a high standard. All stalls on the artisan market must have bunting / some form of decoration along the top of their gazebo. If we are not satisfied with the overall appearance of your stall you may be asked to revise and revamp your set up before being invited back. We are happy to help and advise you if you feel you need some guidance in this area.

Traders must remove all rubbish and waste leaving their area clean and litter free at the end of the day.

Eco policy

Maintaining an eco-friendly approach to everything we do is an ethos close to our hearts.

We aim to keep our markets a plastic free zone wherever possible and ask that all our traders remain mindful to our requests and keep their stalls plastic free wherever possible. So replace those plastic carrier bags, straws, cutlery, food trays and packaging whenever you can please!

There are many more sustainable and biodegradable options that we urge you to use instead. Some eco alternatives for those items include bamboo, beeswax wraps, recycled card & paper, plant-based plastic, rice husk, wood, muslin, mushroom, seaweed and even edible cutlery!  ...The list goes on!

Thank you for reading and adhering to our terms & conditions.

We look forward to seeing you on the market!
